Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with EPIC charting experience for a 13-week assignment in the Seattle area. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in the Cath Lab, active BLS/ACLS, and cardiac care background. WA license is required if applicable.

The position entails 4x10 hour shifts, significant call expectations and a weekend rotation. Travel and housing benefits are included along with licensure reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification are required.
• Active cardiac care experience is required.
• EPIC charting experience is required.
• WA license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit assignment.
• 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 AM-5:30 PM or 6:00 AM-4:30 PM).
• Call 6-7 shifts per month.
• Weekend call rotation every 4th weekend (Fri 5:30 PM to Mon 7:00 AM).
• Possible float within hospital as needed.
• Orientation modules completed and signed off (8-12 hours).
• Local travelers accepted at same rate as non-local travelers.
• Travel pairs accepted.
• Former staff must be separated for 1 year before rehiring as traveler.
• Maximum 5 days RTO per assignment; disclosures at submission.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab specialty required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Cardiac experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Active Washington (WA) license required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit assignment
• 4x10 hour day shifts, either 7:00 AM-5:30 PM or 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Call requirement of approximately 6-7 shifts per month
• Weekend call rotation every 4th weekend, Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM
• May be required to float within the hospital based on patient care needs
• Required orientation modules completed and signed off by facility managers, averaging 8-12 hours
• Local travelers accepted at the same rate as non-local travelers
• Travel pairs accepted
• Former staff must be separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before being considered for rehire as a traveler
• Maximum of 5 days RTO permitted per assignment, must be disclosed at time of submission
