Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation equipment. You will ensure ATMs, ITMs, and related security products operate reliably and respond promptly to issues.

The role requires lifting and physical tasks, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective communication with customers to maintain service quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure cash automation products and related equipment function properly and address issues promptly.
• Interact with customers or contacts to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
