Job summary

Wittenbach seeks a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs/ITMs, and security equipment. You will work to minimize downtime and ensure customers are satisfied with service results.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus an Associate degree or equivalent in electronics preferred, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Android apps for timecards, expenses and inventory control.
• Able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and repair assemblies.
• Input settings and configure equipment; provide feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure core product lines of cash automation, ATMs/ITMs and security equipment function properly.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
