Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily across a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and related security systems. The role focuses on ensuring equipment uptime and customer satisfaction through prompt service and clear communication.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (electronics training preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain and repair cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers or contacts to ensure satisfaction and proper operation of installed equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and complete documentation for service visits.
