Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory, performing maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment. You will ensure systems operate correctly and respond promptly to issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness to work in varied environments; strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.
• Military Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within designated territory performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products.
• Ensure products function properly and address issues promptly; interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate power tools and ladders as needed; comply with safety standards.
