Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel to customer sites across a designated territory to maintain and repair cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and security systems. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction with timely service.

The role requires technical ability to configure equipment, input settings, and apply training concepts on the job, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer software including Android apps for timecards, expenses, and inventory control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues; skilled in disassembly and repair of assemblies.
• Understand how to input settings and configure equipment; capable of applying training principles on the job.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory for routine maintenance and repairs of cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment.
• Ensure products function properly and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers or contacts to ensure satisfaction and quality of service.
