Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant to sell international and domestic travel packages, advise members, and tailor trips to individual preferences.You will develop lasting relationships, cross-sell products, and support travel training programs for career development. Weekend work and some evenings are required.

The role emphasizes strong sales, customer service, and organization within a fast-paced environment of a national travel network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and urine drug screening.
• 2+ years of retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Develop long-standing relationships with members and build referral and repeat business.
• Make recommendations to tailor trips to the member's expectations and cross-sell related products.
• Promote travel opportunities and participate in training programs to advance sales and service skills.
• Support goal achievement by working Saturdays and some evenings as required.
