Mass General Brigham seeks a Patient Care Assistant I (PCA) for Phillips House 22, a 19-bed unit specializing in Gynecology Oncology and General Surgery. The position covers day and night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays, offering a $750 sign-on for eligible new hires.

Regular full-time schedule is 36 hours per week with on-site work at 267 Charles Street in Boston. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS, and relevant certification.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and national certifications listed.
• Experience in patient care/elder care 0-1 year preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Take vitals and perform basic nursing tasks as assigned.
• Document in Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Support with admissions/discharges and patient transport.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and report equipment issues.
