Job summary

Advocate Health's Navicent Health Medical Center in Macon, GA seeks an experienced trauma program leader to coordinate quality and patient safety across the Trauma Services department.

The role oversees PIPS data, ACS COT guidelines, and leads multidisciplinary meetings, education initiatives, and annual program reports to support Level I/II trauma care and regional benchmarking. Competitive full-time schedule includes four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating off days.

Qualifications

• RN license currently
• ACLS and/or PALS certification in good standing
• ENPC or TNCC certification required
• Must attend ATS Registry Course, STN TOPIC Course and AAAM AIS Coding Course within 12 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities with Trauma Services leadership to drive program quality and consistency.
• Monitors trauma program performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Manages trauma PI and patient safety data in trauma registry and other locations per ACS and program guidelines.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary meetings, correspondence, and communications for Level 1 ACS verification.
