Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent Trauma Services is seeking an RN Process Improvement Program Manager to lead the trauma process improvement program and ensure ACS accreditation readiness. The role requires collaboration with trauma leaders, physicians, and hospital staff to promote safe, cost-effective care across high-volume trauma services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Trauma registry course and AIS coding course required.
• TOPIC course completion within 18 months of hire.
• Current membership in a national or regional trauma organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the trauma continuum of care with Trauma Medical Director and program leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ACS trauma center accreditation standards.
• Lead the trauma performance improvement and patient safety (PIPS) program.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary trauma meetings and review trauma data quality.
