Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate in the United States. The role requires robust on-call availability (nights, weekends, holidays) to support trauma cases.

You will train in Stryker Trauma products and gain hands-on OR exposure, becoming a trusted advisor to clients while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates have a health-related degree or clinical certification plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) with relevant experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of professional/related experience.

Responsibilities

• On-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays to support trauma cases.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients through excellent account management and service.
