Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Danville, PA, to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals with a high level of intensity and commitment. The role requires on-call nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases, and offers a 100% commission structure with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales methods, marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales control systems
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to attend meetings outside regular business hours
• Adhere to compliance and ethics (AdvaMed) and company policies

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become the resident trauma expert for customers
• Organize materials and provide quick solutions during operating room consultations
• Maintain and inventory products and assist customers as needed
• Provide knowledge on products and competitors to build credibility
• Contribute to changing lives by delivering life-saving products
