Stryker Corporation in Scranton, PA seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for the Northeastern PA region (Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Danville). You will collaborate with surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver trauma solutions, demonstrate products, and manage field inventory.

The role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits, requiring on-call nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel is approximately 30% and you will build lasting relationships in hospitals and surgical centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting and selling products and services.
• Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in operating room environments and attending meetings outside hours.
• Adhere to compliance and ethics principles (AdvaMed).

Responsibilities

• Sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert for customers.
• Organize materials, demonstrations and inventory in operating/ER settings.
• Provide training on products and tools to customers.
• Attend sales and professional association meetings as required.
