Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Bozeman to work with surgeons and healthcare professionals, delivering trauma products and expert guidance. You will manage product inventory, stay informed on competitors, and train customers on tools that save lives. The role is commission-based with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling principles, marketing tactics, and product demonstrations.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office/databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willing to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular hours.
• Adherence to AdvaMed compliance and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product knowledge and training.
• Maintain and organize inventory; assist customers during emergencies.
• Share knowledge on competitors' offerings to build credibility.
• Support mission to change lives by selling trauma products.
