Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Monterey, CA to drive sales of trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will serve as the resident trauma expert in high-pressure operating rooms and emergency departments, building relationships and delivering timely solutions while maintaining inventory and knowledge of competing offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in clinical healthcare or sales
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of selling products or services and marketing strategies
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office proficiency
• Experience in building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours
• Adhere to AdvaMed and company policies and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become resident trauma expert for customers
• Organize materials and propose solutions quickly in OR/ER
• Maintain inventory of products and assist customers as needed
• Provide advice and training on products and tools to save lives
• Comply with AdvaMed and company ethics and policies
