The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with hospitals and surgeons in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• Proven B2B sales experience or related leadership activities.
• Ability to work with surgeons and hospitals in assigned area.
• Comfort working in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to travel and attend meetings outside regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as the resident trauma expert for the customer base.
• Maintain and organize inventory of trauma products.
• Provide product training and advice to customers.
• Support on-call needs, including after-hours emergencies.
