Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive growth with surgeons and healthcare professionals in California. The role focuses on selling trauma products, building credibility, and delivering solutions under high-pressure conditions.

The position is a 100% commission opportunity with bonuses and benefits. You will manage materials, stay informed about competitors, and train customers on product use, while living the mission to change lives and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals in respective areas
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
• Adheres to compliance and AdvaMed ethics and privacy requirements

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become resident trauma expert to meet customers’ needs
• Organize materials and solutions quickly during operating/emergency room consultations
• Maintain inventory of products and assist customers
• Provide product knowledge and training on tools used to save lives
• Build credibility with surgeons through knowledge of products and competitors
