Job summary

Capital Creek Medical is seeking an experienced Trauma Senior Sales Leader to guide a team in sales and technical support for Arthrex Trauma products, including plates, screws, intramedullary devices, external fixation, and biologics. You will educate surgeons, support Agency staff, and collaborate with Arthrex Corporate Sales Managers to drive national and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of distal extremities and/or trauma experience
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers in orthopedic/sports medicine
• Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures/terminology related to Arthrex
• Knowledge of OR protocols and procedures
• Ability to learn high level technical information related to surgery

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet/exceed sales objectives for the territory
• Build/maintain strong business relationships; develop sales strategies
• Educate customers on product updates and portfolio changes
• Implement sales/marketing plans to position competitively
• Create/submit team quotas to leadership and agency owner
• Foster relationships with residency/fellowship programs to drive adoption
• Support product managers with quota development
• Plan meetings to ensure quota achievement
• Identify new prospects and respond to needs
• Cross-sell products and manage new introductions
• Receive coaching and transfer knowledge to team
• Analyze market trends and competition for growth
