Job summary

Arthrex in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to drive territory growth by leading a high-performing sales team, delivering product updates and education to customers in Capital, Shoulder, and Knee/Hip product lines.

You will partner with product managers, develop and implement sales plans, nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs, and relentlessly pursue quota achievement while maintaining compliance and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced OR environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Must be comfortable in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and OR protocols.
• Ability to learn a high level of technical information related to surgery.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships; develop and implement sales strategies.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to accounts.
• Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to compete and meet objectives.
• Create and submit team quotas to senior leadership.
• Nurture residency/fellowship relationships to drive adoption and brand awareness.
• Assist product managers with quotas and strategic planning.
• Devise plans and meetings to ensure quota attainment.
• Identify new prospects and develop tailored responses.
• Cross-sell products and manage new product introductions.
• Receive coaching from leadership and transfer knowledge to the team.
• Lead by example; analyze performance and growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth.
• Maintain urgency and multi-task under deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
