Arthrex Trauma division seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive territory growth and lead a team of sales professionals specializing in distal extremities and trauma products. You will educate surgeons, mentor staff, and collaborate with corporate sales to exceed quotas.

Key responsibilities include developing sales plans, building relationships with residency programs, and launching product initiatives while ensuring compliance and operating room readiness across the agency network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of distal extremities and/or trauma sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to relate to customers in orthopedic/sports medicine.
• Comfort working in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and Arthrex products.
• Familiarity with operating room protocols and procedures.
• Ability to learn high-level technical information and anatomy related to surgery.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
