Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Montana seeks a Trauma Sales Representative to drive trauma product sales with surgeons and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, field-based environment. You will act as the resident trauma expert, coordinating demonstrations, training, and service in operating rooms and hospital settings.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales, strong relationship skills, and comfort with high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
• Knowledge of principles and methods for selling products or services, including marketing strategy and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become resident trauma expert and provide product training.
• Manage inventory and assist customers in operating/EMER rooms as needed.
• Attend sales meetings and industry events beyond regular hours as required.
