Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Trauma in Minneapolis. You will work with a regional team to support operative cases, ensure instrument and implant availability, and consult surgical teams on Smith+Nephew products.

A strong technical aptitude and relationship-building with surgeons is essential. You will build a territory business plan, drive revenue, and meet quotas while traveling within the designated region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory for cases.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Coordinate logistics for cases and travel within the territory.
