Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative – Trauma for the South Denver, CO area. You will support the Trauma Sales team with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, and demo inventory setup, while training hospital staff on product use.

The role covers travel within the territory, with 2–4 overnight stays monthly and occasional national travel for events. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience are required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Healthcare industry experience or related roles (EMT/Paramedic, surgical technician, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Trauma Sales team in the territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, and demo inventory setup.
• Cover surgical cases for sales reps within selected accounts and assist training surgeons and hospital staff on product use.
• Travel 2–4 overnights per month; occasional national travel for events and conferences; credentialing for healthcare facilities as required.
