Job summary

SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital - Madison seeks an experienced registered nurse to coordinate activities and flow for the trauma-oriented clinical program. You will collaborate with staff and providers to ensure high-quality patient care and program outcomes.

The role prefers ICU/ED trauma experience and a passion for quality improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, with at least three years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in ICU/ED with adult trauma preferred.
• Interest in quality improvement and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates development, implementation and evaluation of program services.
• Plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care within the program.
• Maintains program documentation to support regulatory requirements.
• Assists in staff training and learning program development.
• Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Supports problem identification, cost containment and new service initiatives.
