SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison seeks an experienced registered nurse to join the Trauma department. You will coordinate patient care during admission and collaborate with staff and providers to ensure high quality outcomes.
The role requires a BSN or equivalent, at least three years of RN experience, and Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification within 90 days. Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift, 32 hours per week, with potential for shift flexibility.

Primary duties for this role include reviewing patient care while admitted and collaborating with staff and providers to ensure quality of care.
A mix of previous ICU and ED experience with adult trauma patients is highly preferred. The ideal candidate would have an interest in quality improvement and performance improvement.
Provides coordination of the activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.
Bachelor‘s degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years‘ registered nurse experience
Resuscitation Certification Requirement: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment. Other resuscitation certifications may be required dependent on department.
