Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Georgia and BSN degree.
• 3–5 years nursing experience with 2–3 years in trauma, critical care, or emergency nursing.
• TNCC, PALS or ENPC, and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the trauma program for ACS verification visits and state health surveys.
• Lead trauma services personnel, registrars, PI coordinators, and outreach staff.
• Develop and maintain trauma-specific protocols and guidelines in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee budgeting and staffing plans for the trauma program.
