Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality improvement program for trauma.
• Assist in identifying and solving quality issues related to trauma quality program.
• Ensure compliance with trauma quality initiatives; review records for abstraction and accreditation readiness.
• Gather data and prepare reports for regulatory submissions.
• Evaluate trauma reports to identify opportunities for improvement and risk.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data and regulatory requirements.
