Job summary

Highpoint Health Sumner is seeking a Registered Nurse Trauma Program Coordinator to drive performance improvement within the Trauma Program. You will collaborate with the TPM, Quality Director, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required for RN licensure and practice.
• MSN preferred in Nursing Leadership, Healthcare Mgmt, or Quality.
• 3–5 years of diverse clinical acute care experience.
• Experience in performance improvement or large projects.
• Progressive leadership demonstrated in prior roles.
• Current RN licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Trauma Program quality improvement initiatives.
• Support Trauma Program Manager and report to Quality Director.
• Assess care quality and coordinate services with teams and physicians.
• Assist in budgeting, staff development, scheduling, and recruitment.
• Present at Quality and Safety Committee and other meetings.
