Job summary

Highpoint Health Sumner, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 24-bed Level 3 Trauma Emergency Room. You’ll provide high-quality care to patients with traumatic injuries and medical emergencies, in a highly collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current State of Tennessee or Multi-State RN licensure.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions.
• Assess and triage patients, prioritize care based on severity.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer trauma care and emergency interventions as needed.
• Document all patient interactions and outcomes in the EMR.
