Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta seeks a Performance Improvement RN to lead quality initiatives across care teams. You will collaborate with physicians, consultants, and multidisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years nursing experience, a BSN, GA RN license, and AHA/BLS certifications. You will drive surveillance, investigations, and follow-up to support ACS Level I verification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in performance improvement or a quality role.
• Experience in Trauma, ICU or Transport.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
• Provide quality surveillance through event identification, investigation, reporting, and follow-up for loop closure.
