TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking an RN Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to lead the Trauma Program’s efforts to maintain safe, high-quality care from patient arrival to discharge. You will collaborate with the Trauma Medical Director and Program Director to review cases, analyze performance, and drive improvements using data.

You will prepare and present case trends for PI, peer review, and trauma operations meetings, while educating clinical teams and supporting

Formación

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required within specified timelines.
• Minimum 3 years of emergency nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of trauma nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with BSN required.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and analyzing trauma cases in real time and retrospectively to assess quality and adherence to ACS/state standards.
• Identifying performance-improvement opportunities and supporting action plans for closed-loop improvements.
• Coordinating and documenting Trauma PI activities, PI events, data elements, and registry information to support verification.
