Job summary

ThedaCare in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Trauma Performance Improvement RN Coordinator to lead the trauma program, collaborate with medical staff, and drive performance improvement. You will analyze data, develop action plans, and prepare the team for DHS verification while coordinating community trauma efforts.

Responsibilities include education, interprofessional collaboration, and rapid response to trauma activations. Current Wisconsin RN license and trauma experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• Experience in trauma and emergency services required.
• TNCC and/or TCRN preferred.
• TOPIC course within 12 months of hire required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the trauma performance improvement program across disciplines.
• Analyzes trauma registry data to identify care improvement opportunities.
• Develops action plans to achieve loop closure and DHS readiness.
• Provides education to trauma team and hospital clinicians.
• Coordinates trauma community events and regional/state committees.
• Responds to trauma activations and plans patient care with interprofessional teams.
