Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator in Colorado for the Trauma department. The role involves coordinating the program, educating patients and families, and participating in rounds and data analysis to meet evidence-based standards.

Requires 3 years RN experience, a Nursing license, and BLS-HCP certification with ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate. Shift is full-time, 40 hours weekly at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service).
• Three years relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a coordinator for assigned program. Discusses program with physicians and nurses and ensures care meets evidence-based guidelines.
• Provides education to patients and family during the hospital stay and after discharge.
• Participates in patient care rounds and assists in chart reviews for performance improvement.
