Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BLS‑HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days of hire.
• Three years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program; discuss with physicians and nurses; educate patients and family during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate with the director to ensure regulatory compliance; perform chart reviews and data analysis for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain and analyze data; serve as subject matter expert; create and maintain a Quality Assurance program.
• Promote mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health; abide by service behavior standards.
• May float to other departments based on business need; may be on-call during scheduled shifts.
