Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review care to ensure evidence‑based guidelines.
• Educate patients and families during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate to ensure regulatory compliance and policy development.
• Develop and maintain QA program and data analysis for performance improvement.
• Float to other departments as needed.
• Be placed on‑call during regularly scheduled shifts.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
