Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to coordinate trauma-related care and guide the program’s educational support from hospital stay through discharge.

The role involves rounds participation, data collection for performance improvement, and collaboration with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance. On-site work at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in the practice state.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification at hire or within 60 days.
• Three years of RN experience in relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the assigned program, discuss with physicians and nurses, and ensure care aligns with guidelines.
• Provide education to patients and families during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Review charts, collect and analyze data for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies for the program.
• Maintain data for the program and act as subject matter expert.
• Promote mission and values; perform other duties as assigned.
• May float to other departments as needed and be on-call as required.
