Qualificações

• 3 years of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements the Performance Improvement and Patient Safety (PIPS) program, aligning with standards.
• Identifies improvement opportunities via observation, chart reviews and staff input; applies process improvement methods.
• Collaborates on multidisciplinary teams to address program development, problem resolution, and regulatory compliance; supports trauma services with guidelines and workflows.
• Monitors trauma data, ensures appropriate review levels, and may provide direct patient care when needed to evaluate or assist.
