Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting PTSF accreditation efforts, daily trauma program operations, and representing the program across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and current PA RN licensure or equivalent licensure.
• At least 5 years of nursing practice.
• Experience with PTSF Standards for Accreditation or similar regulatory work.

Responsibilities

• Manages data flow for performance improvement and aggregates quality metrics.
• Oversees performance improvement plans with trauma leadership.
• Maintains peer review processes and monitors adverse events for trends.
• Supports accreditation activities and daily trauma program operations.
• Represents the trauma program in various settings.
