Allegheny Health Network seeks a nursing leader to collaborate with trauma leadership to ensure high-quality patient care. You will manage data flow, monitor metrics, and guide performance improvement initiatives in line with accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include supporting PTSF accreditation efforts, daily trauma program operations, and representing the program across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and current PA RN licensure or equivalent licensure.
• At least 5 years of nursing practice.
• Experience with PTSF Standards for Accreditation or similar regulatory work.

Responsabilités

• Manages data flow for performance improvement and aggregates quality metrics.
• Oversees performance improvement plans with trauma leadership.
• Maintains peer review processes and monitors adverse events for trends.
• Supports accreditation activities and daily trauma program operations.
• Represents the trauma program in various settings.
