Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• BSN or ADN with BSN in progress is required.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care experience with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma care with medical director and leaders.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and program performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve trauma care.
• Manage staff, scheduling, recruitment, payroll and student engagement.
