Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division seeks a Sales Associate to support in the Greater Omaha area, covering Council Bluffs and nearby towns. The role focuses on clinical support, sales logistics, product knowledge, and surgeon relationships within a geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as listed: Bachelor’s/Associate degree or medical certification.
• Experience requirements include 2+ years professional experience and 4+ years total experience.
• Willingness to travel and valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers.
• Assist in attaining established sales goals in the territory.
• Apply knowledge of sales process, product portfolio and customer knowledge to improve sales outcomes.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and managing hospital equipment and billing.
