Smith+Neb in Pensacola, FL is looking for an Associate Sales Representative to support the Trauma sales team. You will gain hands-on OR exposure, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and develop technical expertise to grow into a high-performing medical device sales career.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least 2 years of sales or clinical experience. A hybrid work model is available with strong training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or relevant clinical experience.
• Strong technical learning ability and interest in Trauma Orthopaedics.

Responsabilités

• Support the Trauma Sales team across the Pensacola territory to drive revenue growth and achieve quota.
• Assist with surgical case coverage, providing technical support in operating room environments.
• Set up and manage demo inventory, product installations, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Deliver product education and in service training to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Transport inventory between customer accounts to ensure product availability.
• Build foundational knowledge of Trauma Orthopaedics including internal and external fixation solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical teams.
• Participate in a 24 7 on call rotation with the wider team.
