Smith+Nephew is seeking a Trauma Associate Sales Representative to support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory. You will handle installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and inventory demos, helping hospitals and surgeons in-service the products aimed at restoring function after injury.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least two years of sales experience, and preferred experience in healthcare or orthopedic devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, orthopedic products or EMT/Paramedic background.
• Willingness to travel and complete credentialing (COVID vaccine management).

Responsabilités

• Support Trauma Sales team in the territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Set up demo inventory and provide customer in-service.
• Transport inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases as needed.
• Develop relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel to drive revenue and territory quota.
• Participate in a 24/7 call rotation within the territory.
