You will assist in installations, troubleshooting, and on-site training for surgeons and hospital staff, while coordinating with the sales team to meet territory quotas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, two years of sales experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience.
• Healthcare or medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to train surgeons and hospital staff.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 overnights monthly.

Responsibilities

• Support Trauma Sales team in a defined territory.
• Installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Demo inventory setup and in-service training for customers.
• Cover surgical cases for reps when needed.
• Manage 24/7 call rotation for the territory.
