Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Full Line Associate Sales Representative to support the Trauma Sales team in an assigned territory. You will assist with installations, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and in-service training for customers.

This role requires building strong surgeon and hospital relationships, driving revenue, and participating in a 24/7 call rotation. Travel may be required 2-4 overnights per month and credentialing in facilities is part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Healthcare experience in orthopedics or related fields preferred (EMT/Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing, OR Aide, Athletic trainer).
• Proven track record selling to surgeons or hospitals preferred.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Support Trauma Sales team within assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist with demo inventory setup and customer in-service.
• Transport customer inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts.
• Study technical information and procedures in Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio to restore patient function.
• Collaborate with Territory team to meet quotas and drive revenue.
