Job summary

CHOOSE 180 in Burien, WA seeks a Choose Freedom Coordinator to support youth affected by incarceration and gun violence. You will build relationships while they are incarcerated and continue support after release, helping them see potential and power without violence.

You will provide trauma-informed case management, conduct outreach with community partners, deliver one-to-one sessions using the Freedom curriculum, and coordinate referrals to CHOOSE 180 programs.

• Provide comprehensive case management and connect participants to CHOOSE 180 programs and resources
• Coordinate referrals for group sessions and peer support
