Job summary

ANEW is seeking a Program Coordinator to deliver comprehensive workforce development and case management for YouthBuild participants in the Tacoma/Tukwila area. You will provide career readiness instruction, develop service plans, and coordinate with partners to support education, training, and employment outcomes.

The role requires at least 2 years in workforce development, with a focus on trauma-informed and youth-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development or related field.
• Experience with YouthBuild, WIOA, or similar programs desirable.
• Commitment to DEI values and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and screening for YouthBuild pre-apprenticeship training.
• Deliver workforce readiness training and assist with resumes and interviews.
• Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain participant records and manage data in program databases.
• Coordinate referrals to educational and employment resources.
