Project Oz in Bloomington, IL is seeking a full-time case manager to support youth aged 18-23 experiencing housing instability. You will provide day-to-day case management, street outreach, and life skills training using a trauma-informed approach to improve self-sufficiency and secure basic education or employment.

• Reliable transportation and Illinois driver’s license with insurance verification.
• Flexibility to respond to crisis, travel and weekend/evening hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of housing and outreach clients with regular contact.
• Conduct street outreach to educate homeless youth about shelter and placement options.
• Provide life skills training to foster self-sufficiency and employability.
• Coordinate with landlords, educational providers, and community partners.
• Respond to crisis calls and provide on-call support as scheduled.
