Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent combination with two years of related experience.
• Must be twenty-one years of age or older.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of Emergency Shelter residents and youth in foster care placements.
• Collaborate with care teams and external agencies for youth well-being and progress.
• Conduct intake, establish rapport, assess needs, and provide orientation.
• Liaise with foster families, placing agencies, and program staff.
• Develop individualized case plans and monitor progress with teams.
