Job summary

Youth In Need, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager for our Emergency Shelter.

You will assist youth to become productive members of society by collaborating with internal and external partners for care and development of overall well-being, and you will teach youths the skills they need for long-term independence. We require a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology, four years of Human Services experience, CPR certification, and a Class E Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.
• Four years' experience in Human Services or equivalent.
• Experience with at-risk youth and group facilitation.
• CPR certification and Class E Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist youth in becoming productive members of society by collaborating with internal and external partners for care and development of overall well-being.
• Teach youth the necessary skills for long-term independence.
• Coordinate care and development of well-being with partner organizations.
