Job summary

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court is seeking a Promise Team Coordinator to work with girls on probation in the Promise Team program. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, coordinating services, and ensuring access to treatment and supports across multiple systems.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences and at least three years of related work with adolescents, along with strong interviewing, assessment, and case-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences or related field.
• Three (3) years of work experience with adolescents or related case-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multi-system teams to identify and refer youth to community-based services.
• Oversee crisis bed placement and monitor treatment progress with families and providers.
• Conduct program intake and eligibility interviews; prepare social histories for court presentations.
• Prepare progress reports, case summaries, and documentation for court filings and reviews.
